Key Responsibilities: Delivering Exceptional Customer Care
- Virtually Assist Customers and Advisors: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and web, addressing billing/insurance verification, product, or service questions with professionalism and accuracy.
- Manage Inbound and Outbound Calls: Handle a high volume of calls, ensuring timely and effective communication with customers.
- Proactive Problem-Solving: Anticipate customer questions and concerns, providing solutions that meet their needs and exceed their expectations.

Qualifications: What We're Looking For
Basic Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Professional Experience with Computer and Web-Based Tools: At least 6 months of experience working with computer and web-based tools.
- Multitasking and Computer Skills: Proven ability to multitask with strong phone and computer skills.
- Flexible Scheduling: Ability to adjust your schedule frequently (every 3 weeks) with a two-week advance notice.
- Pre-Employment Drug Test: Must submit and pass a pre-employment drug test to be considered.
Preferred Qualifications
- Customer Service Experience: At least 1 year of relevant phone or email customer service experience.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong spoken and written communication skills.
- Customer Service or Call Center Experience: Previous experience working in a customer service or call center environment.
