- Stow & Prepare Orders: Pick, stage, and organize customer orders for quick pickup, ensuring each package is placed in the correct Locker+ compartment.
- Facilitate Returns: Process returned merchandise, verify condition, and restock or route items according to arenaflex guidelines.
- Customer Assistance: Greet shoppers with a friendly demeanor, answer product‑related questions, and guide them through the pick‑up or return process.
