Key Responsibilities
- Respond to routine member and/or provider inquiries, requests, and concerns in an accurate and timely manner, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Mitigate and prevent complaints from escalating by resolving issues on the initial contact, demonstrating proactive problem-solving skills.
- Serve as the front-line resolution advocate for various member and/or provider inquiries, requests, or concerns, utilizing effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Resolve basic problems by assessing member or provider needs, understanding the cause, and determining if further resolution is required from other departments.
- Maintain performance and quality standards based on established contact center metrics, ensuring consistency and excellence in customer service delivery.
- Provide customer service in a high-paced contact center environment through multiple channels, including phone, live chats, and emails.
- Document all member or provider information and communications accurately through our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) applications, ensuring data quality and performance tracking.

Essential Qualifications
