Key Responsibilities
- Parcel Coordination: Manage the entire lifecycle of shipments—receiving, sorting, staging, and delivering inbound/outbound parcels using arenaxflex’s proprietary last‑mile tracking system.
- Log Maintenance: Keep an accurate, real‑time log of all parcels, preparing items for carrier pickup and ensuring proper documentation.
- Customer Interaction: Provide proactive, friendly service to customers at all organizational levels, anticipating needs, offering alternative shipping solutions, and resolving issues with minimal supervision.
