About the Role: Customer Service Representative - Remote Full-Time

We're on the lookout for a highly skilled and customer-centric Customer Service Representative to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be the face of blithequark, working one-on-one with customers to provide personalized support and explain the features of our insurance products. Key Responsibilities

• Handling phone and email inquiries from current and prospective customers in a professional and timely manner
• Preparing well-written responses to customer inquiries, ensuring clarity and accuracy
• Processing insurance quotes, coordinating underwriting, and assembling insurance certificates digitally
• Utilizing Microsoft Office (especially Word, Excel, and Outlook) to manage customer interactions and perform administrative tasks
• Multitasking and adapting to changing priorities and seasonal work volume fluctuations

Essential Qualifications and Skills

To succeed in this role, you'll need:
