Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer support by processing orders, coordinating shipments, and working with internal teams to ensure on-time delivery. You will serve as a liaison between customers and the sales team, providing seamless communication throughout the order process. Key Responsibilities
- Order Management: Accurately enter customer orders and follow through from start to finish to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.

- Customer Inquiries: Track orders and handle customer inquiries regarding delivery, adjustments, and credits in a timely and professional manner.

Qualifications
Essential Qualifications:
