About the Role
As a Customer Service/Inside Sales Representative (Property and Casualty), you will work from home and be responsible for delivering expert customer experiences, advising on plan options, and processing new and amended enrollments. You will be the face of our clients, ensuring that their customers receive authentic and personalized support.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively listen to customers and ask questions to identify their needs
- Advise on plan options, coverages, and pricing to provide personalized solutions
- Process new and/or amended enrollments efficiently and accurately
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences through empathy, patience, and a customer-centric approach
- Ensure that clients' customers enjoy authentic experiences that meet their expectations
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- An active resident license to sell Property and Casualty (P&C) insurance
- A high school diploma or GED
- Fluency in English or bilingual (Spanish/English)
- A valid U.S. address for residence
- A passion for helping others and a patient, empathetic nature
- The ability to pass a background check and drug screen
Preferred Qualifications
While not mandatory, the following qualifications will be considered a plus:
- Previous experience in customer service or sales, particularly in the insurance industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
