Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets; scrub and "clean" data to ensure high-quality analysis.

• **Ad-hoc Analysis:**
Execute quick-turnaround data requests to support strategic business initiatives.
• **Documentation:**
Document data definitions, logic, and processes to ensure scalability and team alignment.
• *Required Qualifications**
• **Education:**
Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• **SQL:**
Strong ability to write and optimize SQL queries (joins, subqueries, aggregations).
• **Excel:**
Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, macros, and complex formulas).
• **Data Visualization:**
Hands-on experience creating impactful charts and dashboards.
• **Analytical Thinking:**
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail.
• **Communication:**
Ability to translate complex data findings into "plain English" for non-technical stakeholders.
