Key Responsibilities
As a Data Entry Associate at blithequark, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Gathering, organizing, and preparing source documents for data entry into our system database, ensuring all information is accurate and complete.
- Reviewing data for discrepancies, missing pages, or information and resolving any issues using standard procedures or by consulting with the team leader.
- Entering both alphabetic and numeric data from source documents into the appropriate system database with high accuracy.
- Verifying data entered against the original source documents to ensure accuracy and correcting any data entry errors or duplications.
- Adhering to data program security practices and procedures at all times to maintain the confidentiality and integrity of our data.
- Routinely securing information by completing database backups daily.
- Performing various clerical duties such as sorting, filing, emailing, and proofreading as required.
- Maintaining the confidentiality of all personal and financial information in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
- Completing other duties as assigned by the management team.
Qualifications and Requirements
