Key Responsibilities
As a Demand Generation Campaign Manager at WorkWARP, you will be responsible for managing global SMB data analytics and industry marketing campaigns from inception to completion. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing projects end-to-end, from creation to execution to reporting and analysis, while ensuring timely delivery and meeting deadlines.
- Partnering with internal teams, such as Product Marketing, Partner Marketing, and Sales, as well as external agencies to gather inputs, feedback, and approvals on campaign creation.
- Building and designing campaigns with a local and global perspective in mind, taking into account regional market trends and customer needs.
- Working across teams in various time zones to enable global deployment and ensure seamless execution.
- Maintaining good data health and quality through consistent reporting and tracking, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing changes as needed.
- Analyzing results and impacts, finding insights and improvements for future activations, and presenting findings to stakeholders.
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- A minimum of 6+ years of work experience, with 4+ years of industry experience in Marketing Demand Generation, B2B marketing, technology, or related industries.
- 2+ years of experience in managing integrated marketing campaigns, Salesforce, and reporting analytics.
- A Bachelor's Degree or higher in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications
