The Design Operations Coordinator will assist in optimizing workflows and managing timelines for the Design Operations team, ensuring the efficient execution of design strategies and supporting various initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Assist Senior Manager, Design Operations and Design Leadership Team in ensuring the efficiency of design processes within lululemon
- Support in optimizing and managing Design tools and processes within GTM guardrails to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Support in the execution of department-led initiatives that extend beyond the GTM calendar, such as long-term brand and product strategies
- Support in managing logistics and preparations for key Design milestones and deliverables
- Support in Design Team Operations around budget planning, training and development and Design Team portfolio management
- Support in maintenance and management of Design Operations tools and processes
- Provide project and task-related support as needed
Skills
- 1-2 years of experience in operations or retail business
- Strong understanding of the go to market and product creation process is an asset
- Strong ability to multi-task and manage various projects and workstreams simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy and organization skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to create alignment and reach consensus across multiple cross functional teams
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Programs, Adobe and Smartsheet
- Demonstrated ability in operational problem solving and process-oriented thinking
