Raw Ventures is a venture capital fund that backs and supports technology-driven startups. We work closely with founders to build and scale innovative companies across sectors including media tech, health tech, and agri tech, while remaining open to opportunities across the broader technology landscape.
We are looking for a full-time developer to build and scale our internal agent platform powered by OpenClaw.
What you'll do:
- Develop and maintain AI agents on OpenClaw
- Design and optimize LLM calls: prompt engineering, prompt caching, multi-level system/user prompts
- Integrate external APIs and data sources
- Monitor, debug, and improve agent reliability in production
Requirements:
- Experience with OpenClaw (or strong fundamentals + ability to ramp up fast)
- Solid understanding of LLM call architecture: caching strategies, structured outputs, tool use, function calling
- Python (primary stack)
- Comfortable with Linux/server environments (Ubuntu)
- Familiarity with version control (Git) and async workflows
- Self-starter mindset — you'll have a lot of autonomy
- Russian language knowledge
Nice to have:
- Experience with data pipelines or API integrations
- Exposure to cloud infrastructure (Docker, SSH, basic DevOps)
- Interest in venture capital, maritime data, or energy sectors
