Are you a licensed insurance professional who thrives in a digital environment? Leavitt Group Central (LGC) is seeking a motivated and service-oriented Digital Personal Lines Producer to join our team remotely.
As a representative of LGC, you will provide clients with expert guidance, accurate quoting, and dependable support while helping them make informed insurance decisions. This is a commission sales role, with a strong emphasis on building trust, cross-selling, and creating a positive client experience.
Job Responsibilities
- Guide leads and prospects in making informed decisions by providing helpful, accurate advice
- Follow company sales and service procedures
- Finalize quotes and hand off sold business to the Account Manager team
- Understand and apply knowledge of carrier products, underwriting guidelines, policy forms, and rating systems
- Develop new business by quoting in a timely manner, preparing proposals, completing required documentation, and binding with carriers
- Achieve new business, cross-sell, and up-sell goals
- Attend team meetings and participate in ongoing professional development
Qualifications
- Must be bilingual in English and Spanish
- Active Property & Casualty insurance license required
- 1+ years of experience in personal lines sales or service preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to build rapport and communicate effectively with prospects and clients
- Organized and capable of managing multiple priorities and timelines
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with strong initiative
- Able to interpret policy documents, customer contracts, and other insurance forms
- Comfortable with calculations related to quotes, commissions, and discounts
Compensation & Benefits
- $20–$24/hour, depending on experience
- Commissions earned on new business and cross-sells
