Job Description:
• Plans, conducts and supervises assignments under general supervision
• Develops professional relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) for market insight functions
• Manages Specialty Insights portfolio critical to business goals
• Supports information exchange to meet program timelines and milestones
• Ensures business workflows to effectively meet program goals
• Prioritizes team and project work, making resource adjustments
• Functions as a liaison to support healthcare professionals and organizations
• Develops action plans to advance projects and resolve conflicts
• Recognizes project scope changes and takes appropriate actions
• Manages the department's operating budget
Requirements:
• Minimum of 7 years clinical experience in specialty therapeutic area, to include Oncology
• 7+ years’ experience in a health system pharmacy for a pharmaceutical specialty
• Extensive experience in a related field with appropriate medical degree such as MD, PhD, RN, NP, and/or PharmD
• Graduate of an Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE) with pharmacy licensure in good standing
• Board Certification in a clinical specialty recognized by the Board of Pharmaceutical Specialties
• Minimum of 7 years of leadership experience
