Director, Product Management - Unlock the Future of Password and Identity Management

Job Overview: LastPass is seeking a visionary Director, Product Management to drive innovation for our Business customers and Partner ecosystem. Reporting to the VP of Product, you will spearhead the evolution of our Teams and Business admin experience and lead the development of our Partner & MSP platform, crucial for revenue, retention, and growth.

Your Impact: You will shape the multi-year product vision, collaborate across teams, and deliver intuitive, high-impact solutions that empower IT admins and partners alike, driven by a passion for complex problem-solving and motivation by scale.

Collaboration and Mentorship: As a key member of the product leadership team, you will work closely with engineering, design, channel sales, marketing, customer success, and finance to drive business impact and customer satisfaction. You will also mentor product managers, contributing to the growth of a high-performing team and aligning product strategy with company vision to achieve measurable outcomes.

Challenges and Opportunities: Your exciting challenges will include:

• Partnering with executives to develop a scalable ecosystem strategy that drives partner acquisition and expansion.
• Defining and evolving the LastPass Business roadmap, focusing on admin engagement, revenue growth, and expansion of MSP, reseller, and distributor channels.
• Leading and mentoring a team of product managers to achieve key company outcomes.
• Collaborating with engineering to plan next-gen admin services and APIs for the partner ecosystem.
• Enhancing the admin journey through new console capabilities, experimentation, and user experience improvements.
• Establishing and tracking metrics for customer satisfaction and ecosystem growth.

Requirements for Success: To excel in this role, you should have:

• Proven experience in product management, with a focus on B2B SaaS and admin-centric platforms.
• A track record of leading business-critical services and delivering value at scale.
• Expertise in building and managing complex, multi-phase roadmaps with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong collaboration skills with engineering teams, translating vision into clear priorities and outcomes.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional influencing skills, with a passion for teamwork.
• A data-driven mindset with strong analytical and decision-making skills.
• Deep understanding of admin workflows, developer integrations, and MSP/partner ecosystems.
• Knowledge of APIs, identity management, and modern security standards.
• Experience enabling MSPs and distributors to successfully resell and support products.
