Description:
• Develop and implement a centralized patient engagement model that consolidates communication across key stakeholders
• Align call center operations with organizational goals for patient and stakeholder satisfaction, financial performance, and operational efficiency
• Establish scalable processes to support revenue cycle functions, resolve billing inquiries, and manage stakeholder interactions
• Set short- and long-term goals for teams based on key performance metrics and organizational priorities
• Oversee optimization of revenue cycle design and identify opportunities for improvement and innovation
• Identify performance gaps and develop action plans to address areas not meeting stated goals
• Collaborate across the enterprise with key partners to drive results
• Establish multi-year strategic plans and analyze complex problems to develop robust solutions
• Leverage analytical and quantitative skills to identify capability-building opportunities that increase yield and stakeholder experience
• Lead recruitment, interviewing, hiring, coaching, and retention activities; motivate and develop teammates
• Build relationships across departments, influence without authority, and provide strategic guidance
• Prepare and facilitate executive-level presentations and communicate insights, risks, and recommendations to executive leaders
• Oversee implementation of new technology and lead organizational strategies to enhance stakeholder experience and streamline revenue cycle processes
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree required
• Master's degree preferred
• Minimum of five (5) years of related experience
• Experience implementing complex systems and technology solutions that span multiple geographies
• Proven change leadership experience
• Experience with strategic planning and implementation of large, complex new initiatives
• Strong knowledge and practiced experience with process improvement and project management methodologies, techniques, and processes
