Hey! We’re a fast-growing supplement brand expanding internationally, and we’re looking for someone sharp, proactive, and experienced in e-commerce operations + logistics to help us scale. This is a long-term role (not project-based). We want someone who can think, organize, solve problems, and take ownership, not just wait for tasks.
Main responsibilities
- Find, compare & set up new 3PLs (starting with Canada)
- Handle product import documents & compliance
- Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders & warehouses
- Help with international expansion (retail outreach, market onboarding)
✅ Who we’re looking for
✔ Experience in e-commerce operations (logistics, supply-chain, or fulfillment is a plus)
✔ Comfortable working independently and making decisions
✔ Clear English communication (written + spoken)
✔ Organized, reliable, and proactive — not waiting for step-by-step tasks
Bonus: Shopify, 3PL setup, supplements/CPG industry, import/export experience
