The Email Marketing Coordinator will support the execution of email marketing campaigns, manage email lists, and analyze campaign performance to drive engagement and lead generation across the company's brands.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and execution of email marketing campaigns across multiple brands
- Manage and maintain email lists, ensuring accurate segmentation and targeting
- Schedule and deploy email campaigns in coordination with editorial and marketing teams
- Monitor campaign performance metrics and compile reports for stakeholders
- Support A/B testing initiatives to improve open rates, click-through rates, and overall performance
- Maintain email marketing tools and platforms, ensuring proper functionality
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align email efforts with broader marketing strategies
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 1+ years of experience in email marketing, digital marketing, or a related role
- Experience with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, Constant Contact, HubSpot, or similar tools
- Proficiency in AI-powered tools and platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, Midjourney, Copilot); ability to leverage AI to enhance content creation, campaign optimization, and workflow efficiency
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Basic understanding of email marketing best practices (deliverability, segmentation, compliance)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS is a plus
