Responsibilities
• Represent clients in employment law cases involving wrongful termination, discrimination, and harassment claims.
• Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements.
• Conduct thorough legal research to support cases and provide sound legal advice.
• Participate in client consultations to gather information and discuss legal strategies.
• Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients with opposing parties and their counsel.
• Prepare and present cases in court or before administrative agencies as necessary.
• Stay updated on changes in employment law to ensure compliance and inform clients appropriately.
• 5+ years of experience.
• Must have experience in compliance, employee handbooks, employment law defence, and litigation
• Must have a well-established and exclusive employment litigation, defence background
• School district defence experience required
