The Engagement Manager within the Occupancy Planning (OP) practice is responsible for supporting the development, implementation, and oversight of CAD and SDM services within the OP line of business. The role involves providing dedicated and project-based CAD and SDM support to ensure superior implementation of the OP product.
Requirements
- 3 years of CAD/CAFM Technical and Project-Related experience in a Corporate Real Estate environment.
- Degree in Engineering or Architecture.
- Strong working knowledge of CAD/CAFM Systems.
- Excellent MS skills inducing: Power Point, Excel, Access, Word.
- Financial/Analytical Skills.

- Experienced in managing multiple CAD/CAFM Implementations and Projects simultaneously and remotely.
