Requirements...
- English proficiency level must be at least C1, native or non-native.
- Bachelor's degree in English, Education or related field
- Experience teaching English as a second language to adults preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience living or working abroad
Responsibilities:
- Teach English online to students of varying levels and backgrounds, including but not limited to Russian-speaking ones
- Develop lesson plans and instructional materials that align with Redu's unique teaching method (training and mentoring provided) and the needs of individual students
- Provide timely and constructive feedback to students to help them improve their language skills
- Continuously assess student progress and adjust teaching strategies as needed to ensure student success
- Collaborate with other teachers and mentors to improve teaching practices and student outcomes
What we offer:
- Decent compensation: from $15 to $50 an hour
