Position Summary:
The Director of Enrollment leads the strategic recruitment, admissions, and enrollment efforts across all OneLife sites as well as our second year and third year programs. This role ensures a healthy and growing enrollment pipeline through effective team leadership, system management, relationship building, and data-driven decision-making. The Director also oversees marketing initiatives including social media, website management, and SEO to enhance OneLife’s visibility and reach.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute comprehensive enrollment strategies to meet site goals.
• Lead, support, and manage admissions staff.
• Oversee and optimize the use of CRM systems (ZoHo) for tracking inquiries, applications, and enrollments.
• Manage communication pipelines, ensuring timely and personalized follow-up with prospective students and families.
• Collaborate with Site Directors, Admissions and Executive leadership to align enrollment and marketing efforts.
• Plan, oversee, and evaluate marketing campaigns including social media content, paid ads, and community outreach.
• Manage OneLife’s website content, updates, and user experience to optimize engagement.
• Implement and monitor SEO best practices to increase organic traffic and improve search rankings, in partnership with an external SEO agency that manages ongoing optimization efforts.
• Coordinate visit days, preview events, and recruitment travel logistics.
• Analyze enrollment and marketing data, producing reports to inform leadership and guide strategy adjustments.
• Maintain strong relationships with partner schools, churches, and ministry organizations.
• Ensure compliance with enrollment policies, marketing standards, and deadlines.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• Minimum 5 years experience in enrollment management, admissions, or related roles preferred.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Experience with CRM systems.
• Familiarity with marketing, social media management, website content management, and SEO.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and analytical abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a mission-driven environment.
• Flexibility to travel as needed for recruitment events.
