Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop high-quality user experiences and user interfaces for our digital products and services, with a focus on Amex Offers
• Collaborate with product, research, marketing, and engineering teams to define and develop design solutions
• Communicate design concepts and ideas effectively to stakeholders and team members
• Work with engineering teams to ensure proper implementation of design solutions
• Develop knowledge-driven solutions by partnering with our research team to incorporate customer findings and principles throughout the design process

Essential Qualifications:

• 3+ years of professional experience in product design or a related field
• Experience working closely with product and engineering teams in an agile environment
• Outstanding skills in UX and collaboration design
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (Figma preferred)
• Experience managing and prioritizing multiple projects
• Experience communicating to stakeholders how design delivers on customer and business objectives
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or relevant work experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience creating project guides and service blueprints to understand and communicate a full end-to-end experience
