Key Responsibilities:

• Manually build organizations and users in Link, ensuring accurate and efficient data entry
• Provide excellent customer service to clients, including doctors, nurses, and other end-users, to ensure a smooth transition to the new application
• Work closely with the development team and other stakeholders to identify and resolve issues, and to ensure a seamless transition to the new application
• Perform data entry tasks with high accuracy and speed, meeting the required typing skills of >40 wpm
• Utilize Word and Excel to perform various administrative tasks and to generate reports as needed
• Collaborate with the team to achieve project goals and objectives, and to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

• Excellent typing skills, with a speed of >40 wpm and high accuracy
• Excellent command of the English language, with the ability to work in a bilingual environment (English and Spanish)
• Proficient in Word and Excel, with the ability to learn new software applications quickly
• High school graduate or equivalent
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace for remote work
• Ability to work a shift that supports the division, with shifts ranging from 8AM-5PM, 9AM-6PM, 10AM-7PM, 11AM-8PM EST
