Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other administrative materials
• Respond promptly to inquiries and provide excellent customer service support
• Support onboarding processes for new team members or clients as needed
• Utilize various digital tools and software to streamline workflows and improve productivity
Experience
• Prior experience in administrative support, customer service, or coordination roles is a plus but not required
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a remote environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
