Position Overview We are seeking an Entry‑Level Remote Data Entry Specialist to support the eligibility and adjudication processes that keep our members’ health‑care benefits accurate and up‑to‑date. In this role, you will reconcile eligibility data between our internal enrollment system and the pharmacy adjudication platform, resolve data discrepancies, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver clean, reliable records. Key Responsibilities - Analyze, investigate, and correct eligibility records to align pharmacy adjudication data with the arenaflex enrollment package. - Monitor and manage shared mailboxes and work queues, responding to inquiries from multiple internal departments and external partners. - Identify and resolve discrepancies using a variety of reports, ensuring data accuracy across systems. - Perform reconciliations of eligibility information, documenting findings and corrective actions in a clear, auditable manner. - Collaborate with internal stakeholders—including claims, member services, IT, and compliance—to develop sustainable solutions for recurring data issues. - Maintain detailed logs of case activities, actions taken, and outcomes to support ongoing quality‑control initiatives. - Provide timely updates to team leads and managers on high‑priority or complex cases. - Participate in continuous‑improvement projects aimed at enhancing data quality, workflow efficiency, and overall member experience.
