Key Responsibilities

As our Entry Level Virtual Assistant, you'll be responsible for:

  • Boardroom presentations
  • Media release templates
  • Newsletters
  • Email templates
  • Social media posts
  • Video scripts
  • Company brochures
  • Press releases
  • Reporting documents
  • Media kits
• Promoting our company and products through social networking
• Creating and managing online applications for events, contests, and giveaways
• Coordinating company events
• Managing the company's business calendar
• Monitoring company performance
• Managing and maintaining websites and online banner advertisements
• Handling online inquiries and customer service
• Processing online orders
• Submitting online customer orders
• Creating and maintaining content for the company website

Essential Qualifications

To succeed as our Entry Level Virtual Assistant, you'll need:
