- Guiding less senior staff, working in cross-functional teams and projects, and presenting to management.

Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, or a quantitative discipline, such as mathematics, engineering, operations research, economics, or finance.
- At least three years of work experience in estimation and analysis, quantitative business problem-solving, operations research, marketing analysis, simulation development, or predictive analytics.
- Proficiency in analysis software and applications, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable:
- Experience or coursework with SAFE Agile.
- Experience with requirements gathering, probability and statistics, TSQL/PLSQL, Python or R, mathematical modeling, and discrete event simulation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Power BI, Alteryx, Python/R, automation, income data, and basic accounting knowledge.
- Experience working in a remote or virtual team environment, with strong self-motivation and discipline.
