I host women-focused, content-rich one-day events. I create all content and facilitators. I’m looking for an experienced ticket-sales / event growth marketer to consistently fill paid seats.
Events & Pricing
Live (Northern suburbs of Chicago, 60048): $300–$400 ticket, 50 seats max
Virtual (one-day): $200–$250 ticket, no attendance cap
I already have a community/email list.
Goal (what winning looks like)
Sell out live events (50 seats) and grow virtual ticket revenue using a repeatable launch system.
Build a reliable process I can reuse for future events.
What you’ll own
Event offer positioning + messaging (who it’s for, outcomes, objections, urgency)
Landing page optimization focused on conversion
Email marketing plan + sequences (invite / nurture / last call / follow-up)
Paid acquisition + retargeting (Meta/IG preferred; Google/YouTube optional)
Tracking: pixel/events, UTMs, basic reporting dashboard
Optional: local partnership/affiliate program (referral codes, assets, outreach system)
Must-have experience
Proven results selling paid tickets for events/workshops/masterclasses (not just “event planning”)
Strong direct-response copy + funnel thinking
Comfortable owning strategy AND executing (or clearly outlining what you need from me)
