Your Role As the Executive Assistant, you’ll act as a force multiplier for the CTO — ensuring their time is optimized, priorities are clear, and nothing falls through the cracks. This is a high-responsibility role where you’ll manage both professional and personal operations, make prioritization decisions, and operate with a high level of trust and autonomy. You’ll: • Own and manage the CTO’s calendar and inbox, including drafting responses and making prioritization decisions • Coordinate meetings across multiple time zones, resolving conflicts proactively • Plan and execute complex travel arrangements (multi-location, multi-person) • Track tasks, follow-ups, and priorities across conversations and tools • Handle personal logistics such as appointments, errands, and scheduling • Conduct research on tools, vendors, and services when needed • Maintain organization across tools like Notion, Slack, and Google Workspace • Suggest and implement improvements to systems, workflows, and processes You Bring: • 3+ years supporting C-level executives or founders in fast-paced environments • Proven experience managing inbox, calendar, and scheduling independently • Strong executive judgment and ability to make decisions without constant check-ins • Exceptional organization and attention to detail • Experience coordinating complex travel and logistics • Strong written and spoken English communication • High level of discretion, professionalism, and reliability • Comfort with tools like Notion (strongly preferred), Google Calendar, Slack • Ability to work with Pacific Time overlap What’s Offered: • Competitive compensation based on experience • Full-time role with Pacific Time overlap • 100% remote (LATAM-based candidates) • High-trust, long-term collaboration with experienced founders • Direct impact on executive effectiveness and company operations • A role with clear ownership and day-to-day visibility Interview Process: 1️⃣ Intro Chat (Atomic HR) – 20-minute conversation on fit and experience 2️⃣ Short Assessment – Evaluate communication and organization 3️⃣ Team Interview – Real-world scenarios and collaboration style 4️⃣ Final Interview – Conversation with the CTO 5️⃣ Offer
