As a remote employee, you will have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home, with a schedule that includes a combination of fixed and flexible hours. The initial training period will be conducted remotely, with a set schedule of Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 5:30 pm EST, for two weeks, followed by one week of nesting. After the training period, you will transition to a flexible schedule between 8 am - 9 pm, Monday to Friday, with one weekend a month on a rotating schedule, eventually leading to a permanent shift.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound email, chat, and phone inquiries from customers regarding their property and casualty insurance needs, providing timely and effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of blithequark's products and services, staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments to provide expert advice and support to customers.
- Build rapport with customers, reinforcing the value of blithequark's brand and products, and providing a WOW! experience through exceptional customer service.
- Manage time and resources efficiently to meet sales goals and performance targets, consistently delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
- Handle customer interactions with empathy, professionalism, and a customer-centric approach, resolving issues promptly and effectively to minimize wait times and ensure customer retention.
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- A current, active resident property and casualty insurance license (General P&C, not Personal Lines) in a minimum of 25 states, with the ability to maintain active licenses throughout the duration of your assignment.
- At least 2 years of sales experience, preferably in an inbound service environment or the insurance industry.
- Proven attendance reliability and a flexible schedule, with the ability to work evenings and weekends as required.
- A high school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in sales, customer service, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable:
- Proven sales success in an inbound service environment, preferably in the insurance industry.
