**Key Responsibilities**
As an Airline Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing outstanding service to our international airline clients at Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport (ATL). Your key responsibilities will include:
* Providing exceptional customer service to high-profile passengers
* Partnering with port authorities, crew members, and airline personnel to ensure a safe and secure travel experience
* Rotating through check-in counter, lobby area, departure gate, customs, arrivals, and other areas within the airport
* Learning behind-the-scene workings of an international airport
* Effectively navigating through various challenges and flight activities to ensure on-time performance
* Making quick and rational decisions to resolve customer issues
* Communicating effectively with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders
* Multi-tasking and carrying out duties in a dynamic environment
**Essential Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need to have:
* At least 18 years of age, high school graduate or G.E.D equivalent
* Ability to obtain security clearance from US Customs and Border Protection, which requires valid proof of citizenship or authorized residency
* English proficiency, with other languages a plus
* Computer savvy
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to unforeseen situations
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work a variety of shifts, including early morning, afternoon, and evening shifts
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, we're looking for candidates who have:
* Previous customer service experience, preferably in the aviation industry
* Experience working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
* Ability to learn quickly and take on new challenges
* Strong organizational and time management skills
