Minimum Qualifications and Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following minimum qualifications and requirements:
- High School diploma, GED, or High School Equivalency
- Embrace diversity and be open to different perspectives and ideas
- Prioritize safety and security, both for yourself and others
- Demonstrate a commitment to maintaining confidentiality when handling personal data
- Be fluent in English, both spoken and written
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have the ability to frequently lift baggage or items weighing up to 50 pounds
- Possess basic computer skills and be able to type at least 30 words per minute
- Have strong verbal and written communication skills, using proper grammar, tone, and pronunciation
- Be willing to work a fixed and/or rotating schedule, including afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays

- Experience and/or education in ticketing is preferred
- Previous customer service experience, particularly in the airline industry
