Our team is comprised of talented professionals who share a common goal: to make a meaningful impact in the industry and create a better future for our customers. **Job Summary** As an Analyst, Customer Data Strategy & Governance at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in driving customer data excellence across our organization. You'll be responsible for participating in various projects related to customer data governance and management, including data analysis, process development, and project management. With a strong understanding of data querying and analysis, you'll help us develop a comprehensive perspective on data quality issues and drive improvements across all customer data repositories. **Key Responsibilities** * Participate in the upkeep of an inventory of customer data across the organization, including the approval of new data creation or sharing based on standards created by our Privacy practice (50%) * Partner with the Security team as a data owner to grant access to customer data across the organization based on the rules defined by the Privacy team related to data access (20%) * Conduct data analysis to develop a perspective on data quality issues and help resolve certain data quality issues across all customer data repositories (20%) * Participate in the building and distribution of customer scorecards and data quality dashboards (10%) **Direct Manager/Direct Reports** * This position reports to the Sr Manager Customer Data Governance. * This position has 0 direct reports. **Travel Requirements** * Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time. **Physical Requirements** * Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions, there may be a need to move or lift light articles. **Working Conditions** * Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable. **Minimum Qualifications** * Must be eighteen years of age or older. * Must be legally permitted to work in the United States. **Preferred Qualifications** * Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite * Demonstrated ability to collaborate and work effectively with cross-functional teams * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * SQL skills and some experience querying data is preferred.
