Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Gymnastics Instructor to lead our morning classes for children aged 1.5-5.5 years. As a Gymnastics Instructor, you will be responsible for creating a fun and engaging learning environment, while ensuring the safety and well-being of our participants. Key Responsibilities

Lead morning classes for children aged 1.5-5.5 years, following our established lesson plans and curriculum.
Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs and abilities of our participants.
Provide positive and supportive guidance to children, while promoting a growth mindset and a love for physical activity.
Ensure the safety and well-being of our participants, while maintaining a clean and organized learning environment.
Communicate effectively with parents, guardians, and other staff members to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for our participants.
Participate in staff training sessions and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Assist with program setup, equipment maintenance, and other tasks as required.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Four (4) years of experience working with children aged 1.5-5.5 years in an instructional group setting.
One (1) year or more of supervisory experience within a gymnastics, tumbling, or dance program.
USAG Recreational Coach Membership and CPR/AED/First Aid certification from a nationally recognized institution.
Demonstrated knowledge of child developmental milestones and a commitment to child-centered teaching practices.

Preferred Qualifications
