**Job Summary**
As an Assistant General Manager in our Work From Home Data Entry program, you will play a critical role in supporting the daily operations of our centers, ensuring seamless customer experiences, and driving business growth. You will be responsible for managing a team of individuals, making key decisions, and implementing initiatives to achieve business objectives. **Key Responsibilities**
* Run daily operations of the center in the absence of the General Manager
* Make timely decisions to allocate resources and prioritize initiatives

* Perform miscellaneous duties, including installing hitches, brake controllers, and other equipment
* Participate in ongoing training and development programs through arenaflex University
**Minimum Requirements**
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Valid driver's license and ability to maintain a clean driving record
* Management experience in any form
* Excellent customer service skills
* Ability to work a variety of shifts
**Work Environment**
The work environment includes moderate risks or discomforts that require special safety precautions, such as working around moving parts, machines, fumes, or irritant chemicals. You may be required to wear protective gear, including masks, goggles, gloves, or shields.
**Physical Demands**
