About the Role
As an Associate, Customer Acquisition at blithequark, you'll play a critical role in demonstrating the value and benefits of our client's products or services to customers, with a primary focus on selling and/or renewing contracts. You'll work within a dedicated territory and team to achieve your revenue-based quota, providing accurate sales forecasts and mastering product knowledge to assess client requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Work within a dedicated territory and team to achieve revenue-based quota by selling renewals/services and identifying up-sell opportunities
- Provide accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales forecasts to ensure effective pipeline management
- Develop mastery of product knowledge and technical understanding of services to assess client requirements and provide tailored solutions
- Initiate steps to address customer concerns and roadblocks, ensuring high satisfaction and product usage
- Manage external competitive pressures and handle objections to retain customers and win new business
- Handle a high volume of customer contacts through phone and email, with a majority of communication being outbound
- Collaborate with your team and management to provide a professional experience during all interactions with customers and prospects
- Maintain the customer management system (CRM) to ensure all relevant data is captured and up-to-date
- Undertake various sales motions, including lead qualification, lead conversion, health checks, and contract renewals
- Work closely with your Sales Manager to achieve team goals and objectives
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 2+ years of experience working in a customer service or sales capacity, with a proven track record of achieving personal and team sales quota/goals
- Experience in high-volume calling and a strong ability to manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously
- Experience learning new technology and data, with a strong analytical mindset
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box
- Proficiency in MS Office programs, with a strong understanding of Salesforce.com or similar CRM systems
- Ability to commute to our Nashville, TN hub (621 Mainstream Drive)
Preferred Qualifications
While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable:
- Experience working with CRM systems, such as Salesforce.com
- Willingness to work from home, with the ability to maintain a dedicated workspace and minimize distractions
- Strong understanding of the sales process, with the ability to navigate complex customer relationships
