About the Role We are seeking an experienced Automotive Customer Service Representative to join our team at arenaflex. As a key contributor to our customer service team, you will be responsible for fielding customer inquiries, responding to questions and concerns, and finding innovative ways to resolve issues. You will work in a collaborative and engaging environment, interacting with people from all walks of life, and no two days will be the same. Key Responsibilities - Connect with customers via phone, email, chat, and/or social media to resolve their questions or concerns - Calmly attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues that may arise - Escalate interactions when necessary and appropriate - Respond to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments - Track all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes - Provide feedback on call issues and suggest improvements - Upsell products or services when required Qualifications We are looking for fearless and inspired individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
