**Key Responsibilities:**
* Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
* Manage front desk operations, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling walk-in clients
* Conduct Workforce Center English/Spanish fluency testing and ensure that all necessary certifications are completed within 30 days of employment
* Administer FEMA IS 100 and 700 courses to clients, ensuring that they receive the necessary training and support
* Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring that all client information is up-to-date and secure
* Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless communication and service delivery
* Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
**Essential Qualifications:**
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
* Bilingual in English and Spanish, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* 1-2 years of experience in customer service, healthcare, or a related field
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
* Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications

* Experience working in a healthcare or social services setting
