As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will be part of a small team responsible for proactive outreach to delivery drivers and merchants to drive exceptional quality. Your primary goal will be to identify and mitigate potential issues, address concerns with empathy and urgency, and spearhead workflows that ensure we meet exceptional Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
