**Key Responsibilities**
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional customer support via phone, email, or chat, using a guided call flow in the customer's preferred language
* Assisting customers in resolving basic technical issues
* Maintaining a thorough knowledge of customer products and services, including smartphones, tablets, computers, and portable devices
* Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOs, or comparable technology is preferred
* Offering additional products and services
* Delivering expert customer experiences with a smile
**Essential Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Fluency in both French and English
* 1+ year of experience in customer service
* High school diploma or GED
* A quiet and distraction-free home workspace
* Strong computer navigation skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office
* Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
* Desire to learn new technologies
* A computer (laptop or desktop) for testing purposes (a work computer may be provided, but is not guaranteed)
