**Job Summary**
We are seeking highly skilled and bilingual Customer Service Specialists to join our team in a contract role, working remotely from Atlanta, GA. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to the public, responding to inbound calls, and assisting customers with various health-related inquiries. You will utilize various databases and written materials to look up and provide information to telephone inquiries, ensuring that customers receive accurate and timely responses.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Respond to inbound calls from the public and provide exceptional customer service
* Assist customers with various health-related inquiries, utilizing various databases and written materials to look up and provide information
* Utilize strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with customers and resolve issues
* Work collaboratively with team members to achieve contractual turnaround times and meet customer expectations
* Provide accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries, ensuring that customers receive the information they need
* Maintain a high level of professionalism and courtesy when interacting with customers, even in challenging situations
* Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and training to ensure that customers receive the most accurate and helpful information
**Work from Home Requirements**
As a remote worker, you will be responsible for ensuring that your home workspace meets the minimum requirements outlined below:
* A desktop or laptop with the following specifications:
+ Windows 10
+ Intel Core i5 processor or higher
+ 8GB Memory
+ 256GB Hard Drive
+ Minimum of 1 USB Gen 2 or newer
+ Headset connection hard wired (not wireless)
+ Hard Wired internet connection (CAN NOT use Wi-Fi)
+ 1 RJ-45 for wired network connection
* A dedicated office space that will allow you to have all working shifts void of interruption from family members, pets, personal phone calls, etc.
* Reliable high-speed internet connection (validated by a copy of a current internet bill with internet specifications)
* 2 monitors
* Minimum speed requirement of 25/25 mbps. Must pass speed test
**Essential Qualifications**
* High School diploma or GED required
* Minimum six (6) months customer service/administrative/call center experience required
* Must be able to speak English clearly and professionally
* Bi-lingual candidates will receive priority consideration
* Proven verbal and written communication skills a must
* Experience working with a PC and a Windows environment required
* Ability to effectively work within established contractual turnaround times required
* Must have demonstrated excellent interpersonal and leadership skills and the ability to organize simultaneous tasks
* Proven ability to work as a member of a team is required
