* Maintaining clear communication channels between clients and technicians

* Creating and sending accurate quotes and invoices
* Managing accounts receivable
* Maintaining organized financial records in QuickBooks
* Processing billing and payments efficiently
* Coordinating with field technicians for job details
* Managing scheduling and follow-ups
* Maintaining detailed documentation of all communications
* Organizing and updating client records
* Utilizing various communication channels, including phone, email, messaging platforms, and text messages, for efficient coordination
