Key Responsibilities

- Escalate, transfer, or complete conference calls to banks, loan originators, financial institutions, and other relevant parties as needed
- Calmly attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues that may arise, providing a positive and supportive experience for our customers
- Track all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
- Provide feedback on call issues, contributing to the continuous improvement of our customer service processes and procedures
Qualifications and Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Bilingual Spanish/English required, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages
- High School Diploma or GED required, with a minimum of 6 months of customer service experience
- 6 months of Call Center experience preferred, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices
- Ability to type 25 wpm, with comfort using desktop computer systems and Windows operating systems
- Proven oral and written communication skills, with logical problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
- Availability to work various shifts, with the ability to adapt to a constantly changing and fast-paced environment
- Strong listening skills, with the ability to stay composed and objective in a dynamic and often demanding environment
