About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customers' requests in a timely and professional manner
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
- Book appointments for members with a high degree of data accuracy, ensuring seamless communication and follow-up
- Maintain excellent written and verbal communication skills, consistently providing clear and concise information to customers
- Identify and escalate issues to supervisors, ensuring prompt resolution and minimizing delays
- Adapt to changing guidelines and procedures, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn
- Inform clients by explaining procedures, answering questions, and providing information in a clear and concise manner

Essential Qualifications
- High school graduate or G.E.D., with a strong foundation in communication and customer service
- Minimum of one year experience in an inbound/outbound call center or retail environment, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
- Ability to multitask, speaking on the phone, using the computer, and keyboard simultaneously, with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency
- Ability to type at least 25 words per minute, with a strong focus on data entry and record-keeping
- Experience in providing exceptional customer service, with a strong understanding of quality requirements and standards
- Must be able to pass a background check, with a clean record and a commitment to upholding blithequark's values and principles
- Must be fluent (speaking/reading/writing) in both English and Standard French, with a strong ability to communicate effectively in both languages
