As a Customer Support Associate, Bilingual German, you will be the face of our revolutionary satellite constellation project, Starlink, to our customers, ensuring they have an exceptional overall experience. You will be an early member of the Starlink Customer Support team, responsible for triaging, troubleshooting, and resolving customer issues. Your expertise will be crucial in analyzing trends, identifying gaps, and designing simple, effective support interventions that improve our customers' experience. At blithequark, we offer a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $24.00-$27.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
