**What You'll Be Doing**
As a Bilingual Healthcare Customer Service Representative – Spanish-English, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional customer service to our clients and their customers. Your day will be filled with:
* Answering incoming communications from customers, providing timely and accurate solutions to their queries
* Conducting research to provide answers for customers to resolve their issues, always with a smile and a caring attitude
* Collaborating with our team to ensure seamless customer experiences, leveraging our technology and expertise to deliver results
**What You Bring to the Role**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* At least 6 months of customer service experience, with a passion for helping others and a commitment to delivering exceptional service
* Integrity to follow HIPAA guidelines on maintaining patient privacy, just as you would expect if it were your private information being shared
* A high school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in computer skills and internet literacy
* A reliable computer, high-speed internet (15 mbps), and a smartphone or device that runs IOS or Android for daily log-in
