As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients through phone and chat interactions. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a dynamic team, develop your skills, and grow your career in the beauty and cosmetics industry. **Responsibilities** As a Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for: * Responding to client requests and inquiries via phone and chat, including product purchases and service inquiries * Demonstrating high standards for quality service and maintaining a positive attitude * Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide expert advice to clients * Working with the quality and training team to manage performance expectations and achieve quality goals * Maintaining open communication with team leads and managers for support and development * Documenting all client interactions accurately in the call center database * Adhering to schedules and deadlines for both regular and special projects * Exceeding key performance indicators (KPI) and quality goals as set by management * Communicating proactively and professionally with customers across multiple channels **Requirements** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * 2-3 years' experience in a business or professional environment, preferably in the service industry * Exceptional written and oral communication skills, with the ability to deliver high-level client service under high volume * Strong computer literacy and internet savvy, with e-commerce experience preferred * Experience with Windows-based applications and client relationship management tools * Excellent data entry skills with a typing speed of 45-55 wpm minimum * Flexibility to work in a dynamic shift environment, including weekends and evenings **Nice-to-Haves** While not required, the following experience would be a plus: * Experience in live chat support (1 year preferred) * Experience in the beauty and cosmetics industry (1 year preferred) * Prior call center experience (1 year required) **Benefits** As a valued member of our team, you'll enjoy: * Paid training to ensure your success in the role * A referral program to reward your referrals and help you grow your network **Work Environment and Company Culture** At arenaflex, we're committed to creating a workplace culture that values diversity, equity, and inclusion.
