Your Responsibilities as a Customer Service Representative
As a Customer Service Representative, your main responsibility is to find innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Handling and carefully responding to all customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Providing excellent customer service through active listening, ensuring that customer needs are met and exceeded

Qualifications and Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Proficiency in Spanish and English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of 6 months of customer service experience
- Ability to type at least 25 words per minute, with comfortable use of desktop computer systems and general knowledge of Windows-based systems
- Customer service and/or sales experience preferred, with a college degree preferred but not required
- Must be 18 years of age or older, with a strong work ethic and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
