Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, addressing client inquiries and concerns related to bookkeeping software processes, ledger entry, navigation, and troubleshooting needs.
- Utilize your expertise in bookkeeping and accounting practices to resolve complex issues, including AR, AP, journal entries, reconciliation, and other related topics.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
